| Bruce's primary responsibility is to supervise our audit department, both for businesses and nonprofit organizations. He offers nonprofit clients special expertise in cash flow analysis, budgeting, developing accounting manuals, accounting for special transactions, and unrelated business income. Bruce graduated from San Francisco State University in 1977. He joined Good & Fowler in 1978 and became a partner in 1986. Bruce is a member of the South San Francisco Rotary Club. He is also a member of the board of directors of five nonprofit organizations.
